Working with an agent as a buyer means having one person, or in our case, a team, who is 100% on your side. Our fiduciary responsibility as buyers’ agents is to our buyers. A listing agent’s fiduciary responsibility is to the sellers. If you do not have a buyer’s agent, at best the listing agent is a “dual agent” which means their fiduciary responsibility is split. When you work with a buyers’ agent, you know they are working with YOUR best interests in mind.
