About KERRY SULLIVAN

Kerry moved to New York City in 1989 to attend NYU and has proudly called it home ever since. Kerry made the jump from Manhattan to Brooklyn 20 years ago and lived in several locations in Park Slope (yes, she is a coop member!) before moving to Midwood, which she now calls home. She brings her experience as a renter, landlord, seller, and buyer to help her clients negotiate all the ins and outs of New York City real estate.

 

Whether it be exceeding expectations by staging a sales listing to bring in multiple offers, finding the perfect home for a buyer making the transition from Manhattan or brownstone Brooklyn to a new neighborhood, or giving her clients the insider edge with her knowledge of hidden cultural gems, Kerry's dedication, friendliness and supportive nature shines through.
