If you work with me, my goal is the only thing you will have to do is choose the best offer and sign the contract. I will do the rest.  I have been selling real estate in Brooklyn for 18 years and have been the top salesperson in my office for the past several years, putting into contract and CLOSING over 120 million dollars annually.  I am a member of the President's Council (top 1% of the company) and in 2020 was named the #48 Individual Salesperson in all of New York, consistently ranked in the top 200 in the entire country by the Wall Street Journal Real Trends Report. My secret? My consistent track record of accurately and competitively pricing properties is illustrated by the fact that my clients consistently receive multiple offers for their properties, often selling well-above the asking price.

I am a New Yorker for the past 25 years, a Brooklynite for 21, and a homeowner for 18, I cherish the pulse and energy of Manhattan, but love coming home to Brooklyn. I fell in love with Brooklyn during the summer of 1999 when I bought a motorcycle and joined a weekend riding club that introduced me to the borough’s beautiful brownstones, tree-lined blocks, and distinct neighborhoods.

I am a natural people person with an extensive background in interior design, which makes me uniquely positioned to help my clients prepare their homes for sale; my beautiful staging enables buyers to envision the aesthetic possibilities of their potential homes.

My own experience buying real estate has made me sympathetic to the importance of finding a broker who will ask the right questions and listen closely to the answers. Though real estate can be stressful, I help my clients enjoy the process by being energetic, accessible, and attentive. I pride myself on the ability to create a seamless and stress-free transaction. I oversee a large network of “subcontractors”, such as painters, handy-people and cleaners so that her sellers don’t need to hire anyone but me. My motto is, "LIVE YOUR LIFE, I'VE GOT THIS!"

Originally from Minnesota, I moved to New York in the 1998 to pursue a graduate degree in English. My subsequent work in book marketing and publicity, and later in interior design, have been invaluable assets when it comes to marketing and staging properties.

I'm happily married to a wonderful Michigander. We have have two daughters, an adorable Cairn Terrier, and when not working in Brooklyn, I love spending time with my family and friends at our house in the Catskills where we love to hike, ski, cook, and explore.

Kerry Sullivan

Kerry moved to New York City in 1989 to attend NYU and has proudly called it home ever since. Kerry made the jump from Manhattan to Brooklyn 20 years ago and lived in several locations in Park Slope (yes, she is a coop member!) before moving to Midwood, which she now calls home. She brings her experience as a renter, landlord, seller, and buyer to help her clients negotiate all the ins and outs of New York City real estate. Whether it be exceeding expectations by staging a sales listing to bring in multiple offers, finding the perfect home for a buyer making the transition from Manhattan or brownstone Brooklyn to a new neighborhood, or giving her clients the insider edge with her knowledge of hidden cultural gems, Kerry's dedication, friendliness and supportive nature shines through. What friends and clients love most about Kerry is her sincerity, thoughtfulness and sense of humor.
